I am boycotting Lane Bryant. My aunt sent me an e-giftcard for Valentine's Day. I got it on Feb 11th, and placed my order that very night. Well, 2 weeks later, I hadn't heard anything back, so I emailed the website to find out what was going on. They said that my order would be shipped on Feb 26th. Feb 28th, I checked the website, and it said my order was still "processing". So I emailed them AGAIN, and got a lil mouthy, lol. I didn't hear anything back. So I emailed them yesterday, and I was a little more bitchy. I ordered almost $100 worth of clothes, and it had been 3 weeks and I hadn't heard jack crap from them! I got a response today. They said that because of technically difficulties, my order had been cancelled. Ok, I was BEYOND livid. I had ordered two bras on sale, buy one get one half off, a pair of Baby Phat jeans on sale, and a dress on sale that was originally $90 marked down to $7. yes, SEVEN DOLLARS. Ok, so all the sales are over with, and there are no more dresses in stock. So, I got mad, took a deep breath, and picked out a few more items. I put in the code for my e-giftcard and tried to place my order. It said that I had insufficient funds on my giftcard. So I called the 800-number to see how much money was on the card, because my order after tax and shipping was only $90. Yeah, my card had $2 left on it. They never put the money back from after they cancelled my first order! I emailed my Aunt and told her to call Lane Bryant and give them a good griping and to make them refund the $100 back to her credit card. I have never had a problem with Lane Bryant before this. My favorite items of clothing have come from there, and I am very disappointed. I hope they don't do this to anyone else!
